Pomfret Fish Fry




Pomfret Fish    4 Nos
Chillies    10 Nos
Cumin Seeds    1 tsp
Pepper Seeds    1 tsp
Garlic Flakes    6 Nos
Tamarind Pulp    2 tsp
Turmeric Powder    2 pinches
Chopped Onion    4 tsp
Sugar    1/2 tsp
Gold / Palm Vinegar    1 tsp
Salt    to taste
Oil    to fry
Rice Flour (Dry)    to coat



Clean the Fish, remove the skin and bones
 Soak the Kashmir Chillies for a while in luke warm water
 Grind all the above ingredients except Fish, rice flour and Oil
 Marinate the fish using the above grinded Paste
 Use the rice flour to coat the fish, both sides and remove excess flour
 Heat a Pan with less oil and fry both the sides in medium heat
 Dole out hot Pomfret Goa Fish Fry
